Bonaire is one of the most beautiful islands in the world with a rich flora and fauna. The fact that it happens to be part of the Netherlands is completely unrelated to that for me. Almost nowhere in the world can you find such a good mix of blue bays, white beaches, green valleys, colonial buildings and a colorful underwater world. For the latter you will have to go diving on Bonaire, but I would like to show you the other highlights of Bonaire with the drone.

In the video ‘Bonaire with the drone’ I show you the most fascinating places in nature that Bonaire has to offer. We fly over 1000 Steps Beach, a white strip of sand along the rocks with almost luminous blue water. After this we Washington Slagbaai National Park, the oldest and best preserved nature park in the Caribbean Netherlands. We delve into history via the salt pier and the Old Slave Houses. Finally, we see the large lake that borders the sea and resembles a gigantic azure swimming pool: Lac Cai. Have fun watching and enjoy Bonaire from the air.
