The country Laos is located in Southeast Asia and borders Thailand, China, Myanmar, Cambodia and Vietnam. Laos is our favorite travel destination in Southeast Asia! This has to do with the beautiful nature and the relaxed backpacking atmosphere. Although Laos has become increasingly popular over the years, you can still taste the authentic atmosphere. We visited the highlights of the country, including the incredibly beautiful Kuang Si waterfalls in Luang Prabang. We also sailed on the Mekong River for two days and visited Vang Vieng.
