Namibia

Namibia is located in southern Africa and is one of the world’s least populated countries. The country is largely characterized by a desert landscape. The Namib desert runs from north to south along the coast over a length of no less than 1,500 kilometers. The Namib Desert is one of the oldest deserts in the world. On the eastern side of Namibia you will find the Kalahari desert.
Because of the landscape you might expect that it is not the most suitable country for animals to live. But nothing is less true! Namibia is one of the best countries to go on safari. The largest safari area in Namibia is the Etosha National Park.
We made a road trip with a 4×4 car with roof tents along the most beautiful places in Namibia. We visited the red sand dunes in Sossusvlei, drove along the coast to Walvis Bay, Swakopmund and the Skeleton Coast. Of course we also went on safari in Etosha National Park. Watch our videos about Namibia below to learn everything about this beautiful country!
